What is Microblading?
Microblading is a semi permanent technique used to enhance your eyebrows creating mini hair strokes using a blade with tiny needles.
How long does microblading last?
Microblading can last up to 1-3 years depending on the person as everyone is different.
Does microblading hurt?
A numbing cream is applied to begin and a different numbing cream for open skin. It also depends on your pain tolerance.
How long does the microblading procedure take?
Microblading can take anywhere from 2-3 hrs.
How long does it take for the brows to heal?
Brows take up to 7-10 days to heal but up to 30 days for the color to set in. touchup is at 6-8 weeks.
What are some things I need to avoid after Microblading?
Highly recommend to avoid sun, saunas, tanning, pool, hot baths, gym, etc. I will provide a list with aftercare instructions.
How can I get ready for my appointment?
No caffeine, alcohol, ibuprofen, aspirin 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Be prepared to lie down for a long period of time so wear comfortable clothing
Please advise if you are on blood thinners as it can cause you to bleed in excess during the procedure.
Can I wear makeup on my brows after the procedure?
You can wear makeup on other parts of your face except the brows. Please avoid for first 7-10 days.
